The 180-acre vineyards include Vignoles, Chardonel and Catawba grapes. In the latter part of the 19th century, Italian immigrants influenced the winemaking tradition in the region. Over 50 people work in the Cellar and Administration departments, as well as the Tasting Room, Shipping, Vineyard and Tasting Room departments.
