  St. James Winery can be found in St. James Missouri, at mile marker 195 on Interstate 44. The winery distributes approximately 200,000 cases of wine annually in 19 states. The 180-acre vineyards include Vignoles, Chardonel and Catawba grapes. In the latter part of the 19th century, Italian immigrants influenced the winemaking tradition in the region.
